We built Plenish because the problem was obvious — and nobody had fixed it.

Our story

Good product. No channel.

Every year, furniture and appliance retailers deal with the same problem: inventory that stops being new before it sells. Floor models replaced by the next season. Returns that aren't worth sending back. End-of-line pieces nobody reordered. Good product, no channel.

Most of that inventory ends up going somewhere it shouldn't — handed off to a liquidator, deep-discounted in-store, or just sitting. Not because there's no demand for it. Because the right buyers couldn't find it.

We built Plenish to fix that. ROSE Direct gives retailers an online channel for clearance inventory that works the way their business does — by location, by team, by category. ROSE Connect gives brands and distributors the tools to manage their reseller network properly — what's been assigned, what's sold, and what's owed, all in one place. We didn't build a marketplace. We built infrastructure for the clearance channel retailers were already trying to run, just without the tools to do it right. Plenish is headquartered in Vancouver, BC, and serves retailers across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

We don't compete with our customers. We don't run a marketplace that lists against them. We're the tools they use to run their own channel — nothing more, nothing less.

Ship fast, iterate faster

The clearance problem has been unsolved for decades. We're not going to solve it with a five-year roadmap. We ship, learn, and improve — continuously.

History of Plenish

2020

We launched in Vancouver as a sustainability-focused furniture subscription service, making premium furniture affordable and transforming spaces meaningfully.

2021

During the global stay-at-home phase, we served hundreds of customers across Metro Vancouver, helping them create their ideal living spaces.

2022

We expanded to Toronto, partnering with over 10 sustainable and premium furniture brands.

2023

We evolved into a specialist reseller for overstock and returned furniture products, focusing on addressing the critical issue of waste in the furniture industry.

2024

By working closely with teams across all levels at furniture brands, we developed and proved that our plug-and-play model to sell clearance inventory works!

2025 and Onward

Plenish partners with brands to launch innovative and profitable clearance and outlet solutions.
