What is Plenish?

We are an online furniture retailer selling products from top-quality brands at affordable prices by offering overstock products, “brand new in box”, and open box products, that are “like-new” all via our our e-commerce store.

What products does Plenish carry?

We carry all furniture categories, by collaborating with multiple premium brands to help market their overstock & open box. We are always adding new products, so keep an eye out, and sign up for newsletter for inventory updates. 

What are Overstock & Open box products?

1. Overstock products are brand-new or like-new discounted items sourced from brand clearances and overstock sales across Canada.

2. Open-box products are like-new discounted items sourced from customer returns.

What are the condition categories for your products?

1. Brand new - Overstock items that are brand new in the box.

2. Excellent - Items that are clean or new and contain very little to no wear.

3. Good - Items that show some wear and signs of previous use but are in good condition.

4. Fair - Items that show moderate signs of prior use, with noticeable wear but are still functional and have a lot of life in them.

Can I see the product in person at the warehouse before purchasing?

Plenish operates exclusively through our brand partners' warehouses, which are not open to the public.

If you're interested in seeing a particular product, please contact us at hello@withplenish.com. Our team may be able to provide a photo of the actual product for your review. We are actively working to increase transparency and provide real images of open-box products on our website.

What is the pick up discount code? 

Use "pickup" at checkout to apply 5% discount on all pick up orders. 

Delivery & Return

How long does delivery take?

We only list products we have in stock, so delivery times range from 2 to 4 weeks for Metro Vancouver Area and Greater Toronto Area. For all the other Canadian regions, delivery time range from 4-6 weeks.

If you need them sooner, please make a note of it in your order at checkout!

How does delivery work?

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $300! Enjoy the convenience of Room of Choice delivery without any additional costs. This allows you to specify which room in your home you would like your furniture delivered, ensuring convenience and personalized service.

Can I return products?

Certainly! You have 7 days from the date of delivery to assess the item. If the product doesn't meet your needs, you can return the product and there are two options for returns:

  1. Full Cash Refund: a full cash refund, subject to a 7% restocking fee + $149 collection fee
  2. Store Credits: you may opt for 100% refund in credits on withplenish.com

Can I pick up products?

Absolutely! You can pick up products directly from our warehouse. Our pick up hours are from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

To ensure a smooth pick-up process, please schedule an appointment by reaching out to us at hello@withplenish.com.

What if my order is missing?

If you have received an order confirmation, rest assured that we have received your order and it is currently being processed. It typically takes about one week for our team to prepare your order for shipping.

In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

What if I haven't heard from you after my purchase?

If you do not receive an update within one week of placing your order, please accept our apologies for the delay. We strive to provide updates within 7 business days of your purchase.

Warranty

What if the product arrived damaged?

If your product arrives in a condition different from what was described on our website, please take photos of the item as it arrived.

This helps our team assess the damage and understand what may have happened during the shipping process. Ensuring your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to resolving any issues related to damaged products.
