What is Plenish?

We are an online furniture retailer selling products from top-quality brands at affordable prices by offering overstock products, “brand new in box”, and open box products, that are “like-new” all via our our e-commerce store.

Why does Plenish exist?

Plenish was created to address the issue of excessive furniture that is returned or remains unsold each year. We have developed a highly efficient inbound sourcing system to rescue this furniture and reintroduce it into the marketplace. Our customers get access to a variety of heavily discounted premium furniture products sourced from top brands.  

How good is your discount?

The Plenish mission is to offer the best possible discounts on furniture products from top brands. We do this through keeping our business' operating costs as low as possible, passing on the savings to our customers. Our prices are always as low as they can possibly be. 

Are there any other promotions you offer? 

The prices listed are our best prices. No matter how much you buy or what time of year it is, our prices will always be the lowest.  

How often do you update your listings? 

Our product listings are updated almost daily, sometimes hourly, depending on the volume of returns from our brand partners. Often, these products are one-of-a-kind. We encourage you to sign up for our newsletter to stay updated with the latest offers and to visit our website frequently if you are in the market to enhance your home's interior and exterior furnishings. If you find our prices appealing, it's wise to act quickly on items you like before someone else snaps them up.

What products does Plenish carry?

We carry all furniture categories, by collaborating with multiple premium brands to help market their overstock & open box. We are always adding new products, so keep an eye out, and sign up for newsletter for inventory updates. 

What are Overstock & Open box products?

1. Overstock products are brand-new or like-new discounted items sourced from brand clearances and overstock sales across Canada.

2. Open-box products are like-new discounted items sourced from customer returns.

What are the condition categories for your products?

1. Brand new - Overstock items that are brand new in the box.

2. Excellent - Items that are clean or new and contain very little to no wear.

3. Good - Items that show some wear and signs of previous use but are in good condition.

4. Fair - Items that show moderate signs of prior use, with noticeable wear but are still functional and have a lot of life in them.

Where do you get your products?

We work directly with furniture brands. All furniture listed on our website is sourced directly from the brands themselves; we are not a peer-to-peer marketplace. Our platform is technologically integrated with our brand partners, allowing Plenish to function as an extension of our brands' supply chains. While some brands choose to white-label their products under our brand name, others prefer to retain their original branding. Our products come in two categories - “Overstock” (brand new in box) & “Open box” (returns).  

How can you ensure that I can be confident in buying open-box products online? 

Our platform captures each open-box product’s condition in detail. Our brand facing software solution allows our brand partners to accurately condition open box products before they get posted for sale on our site. Upon picking up your open box product at one of our warehouses, should you feel the condition was not accurately described we will issue you a full refund. 

Pickup & Return

What is your return policy?

Upon collecting your order, should some or all of the products you have purchased from us not meet your expectations, we will provide a full refund. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is considered a final sale. Additionally, you must pick up your order within 30 days of purchase; after 30 days, uncollected orders are also considered final sale.

What if I haven't heard from you after my purchase?

If you do not receive an update within one week of placing your order, please accept our apologies for the delay. We strive to provide updates within 7 business days of your purchase.

If you have not heard from us by then, please email us at hello@withplenish.com with your order number. Our team will promptly investigate any potential delays.

How does pickup work?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to pick up your products. Our warehouses where our products are stored are close to most city centers and surrounding neighborhoods. You will be able to schedule a time to pick up your product(s) through the link provided in the email order confirmation. If you are unable to pick up the product, we will connect you with a local delivery team. 

Do you offer delivery? 

While Plenish does not manage deliveries to keep our operating costs low, we can help you find local delivery teams that fit your budget and satisfaction level. With the savings from our discounts, you might find it easier to pay for some help in moving your products. The most economical method, however, might be to call a friend with a van or truck. 

Where do you provide your service? 

We currently operate in selected cities in Canada and the US. We are expanding our presence with our brand partners and plan to eventually cover the majority of cities in North America. We are also actively working on expanding our product categories.
