What is Plenish?

We are an online furniture retailer selling products from top-quality brands at affordable prices by offering overstock products, “brand new in box”, and open box products, that are “like-new” all via our our e-commerce store.

What products does Plenish carry?

We carry all furniture categories, by collaborating with multiple premium brands (Article, EQ3, etc.) to help market their overstock & open box. We are always adding new products, so keep an eye out, and sign up for newsletter for inventory updates. 

What are the condition categories for your products?

1. Brand new - Overstock items that are brand new in the box.

2. Excellent - Items that are clean or new and contain very little to no wear. 

3. Very good - Items that show some wear and signs of previous use but still have a lot of life in them.

4. Good - Items that show moderate signs of prior use.

What are Overstock & Open box products?

1. Overstock products are brand-new or like-new discounted items sourced from brand clearances and overstock sales across Canada.

2. Open-box products are like-new discounted items sourced from customer returns.

Delivery & Return

How long does delivery take?

We only list products we have in stock, so delivery times range from 1 to 6 weeks for Metro Vancouver Area and Greater Toronto Area. For all the other Canadian regions, delivery time range from 3-8 weeks.

If you need them sooner, please make a note of it in your order at checkout!

How does delivery work?

All shipments include Room of Choice delivery. We offer delivery services to the Metro Vancouver Area and the Greater Toronto Area at a shipping cost of $129 plus tax. For all other regions in Canada, the shipping cost is $349 plus tax.

Can I return products?

Certainly! You have 7 days from the date of delivery to assess the item. If the product doesn't meet your needs, you can return the product and there are two options for returns:

  1. Full Cash Refund: a full cash refund, subject to a 7% restocking fee + $149 collection fee
  2. Store Credits: you may opt for 100% refund in credits on withplenish.com

Can I pick up products?

Absolutely! You can pick up products directly from our warehouse. Our pick up hours are from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Warranty

What if the product arrives damaged?

If the products arrive in a different condition than described on the website, please contact hello@withplenish.com, and we will evaluate the product details to issue a full refund without any restocking fees.
